Are you a maker or seller looking to join a community of like-minded individuals? Look no further than our new ​collective shop, where we're bringing together vintage and artisan goods for a truly unique shopping experience.

As a vendor, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your products in our beautifully curated space. But we're ​more than just a storefront – we're a community. We believe in supporting each other and fostering a sense of ​camaraderie among our vendors.

To that end, we'll be requiring up to volunteer 1- 2 SHIFTS A MONTH from each vendor. Don't worry, each shift is ​only four hours and you'll be able to choose which days work best for you. It's a great way to get involved and ​meet your fellow vendors. If you are UNABLE TO work 2 shifts, please contact us to discuss the other options! ​There are OPTIONS.

In addition to our storefront, we'll also have a dedicated workshop space where you can hold courses and ​workshops for your customers. Or use it to work on your projects and craft on downtime during your shift. Plus, ​we'll be organizing many opportunities for you to market yourself and your products, from local events to social ​media promotion.

With our years of experience in the vintage and artisan community, we're committed to creating a space where ​you can thrive. So whether you're a seasoned seller or just starting out, we invite you to join us and be a part of ​our growing community.


How it works

In the application, there are choices for which type of spot you ​would like to rent. You pay a flat rate of rent depending on the ​size. And volunteer 1-2, 4 hour SHIFT A MONTH. You will be paid ​every two weeks. We will keep you informed on your inventory. If ​we need you to restock we will let you know. So many ​opportunities for you to grow and thrive!

Hello there! We are Amanda and Veronica, the proud owners of The Thrift Witch and The Repeat Vintage, respectively. Our passion for vintage and artisanal goods runs deep, and we know firsthand the challenges that come with being an independent seller. That's why we're excited to announce our new venture: a vintage collective shop where we can all come together to showcase our unique treasures.

With years of experience selling vintage in Colorado and online, we know what it takes to curate a beautiful collection and engage customers. But more importantly, we understand the importance of building a supportive community. Our goal is to create a space where sellers can connect with each other, collaborate on projects, and share their passion with the world.

We are both mothers of two and have dreamed of opening our own collective shop for years. With previous experience as part of three other successful collective shops, we know what it takes to make this a success. We're excited to bring our expertise and energy to downtown Hollywood and build a community of sellers and artisans that will thrive for years to come.

Q: What is the Collective Shop?

A: The Collective Shop is a community of local ​vendors who come together to sell their unique ​and handmade products in a shared retail space.

Q: How do I become a vendor at the Collective ​Shop?

A: To become a vendor, simply fill out our vendor ​application form and provide us with some ​information about your products. Please follow ​up with an email at ​THEVIBRANTVILLAGECO@gmail.com. We'll review ​your application and get back to you within 2-3 ​business days.

Q: How much does it cost to rent a space at the ​Collective Shop?

A: Our rental rates vary depending on the size of ​the space and the length of the rental term. ​Please refer to our website or contact us for ​more information.

Q: What are the rental terms?

A: We offer rental terms on a month-to-month ​basis. We require a minimum initial commitment ​of two months.

Q: What is the commission fee?

A: We collect a 10% commission fee on all sales ​made by our vendors. This commission fee is ​used to cover marketing, social media presence, ​and store maintenance costs.

Q. How often will we be paid?

Vendors will be paid every two weeks.

Q: How do I enter my inventory or keep track of ​my inventory?

A: We have a software system that vendors can ​access to enter their inventory. We will send an ​inventory update every Monday as well as ​earnings every two weeks.

Q: What are the volunteer hours?

A: We require each vendor to complete 1-2 ​volunteer shifts PER MONTH, each shift lasting 3 ​1/2 to 4 hours long. Weekend or Weekday ​evening. This is to ensure that the shop runs ​smoothly and efficiently.

Q: What if I can't make my volunteer hours?

A: We understand that unforeseen circumstances ​may arise. If you cannot make your volunteer ​shift, please contact us as soon as possible so ​we can arrange for a replacement.

Q: When is rent due?

A: Rent for the upcoming month is due on the ​last day of the previous month. A $25 late fee ​will be added if rent is not paid by the 4th of the ​month. Alternatively, vendors can opt for the ​rent to be taken out from their sales.

Q: What is the marketing strategy for the ​Collective Shop?

A: We use a variety of marketing strategies to ​promote our vendors and the shop, including ​social media marketing, email marketing, and ​events. We also encourage our vendors to ​promote the shop on their own social media ​channels.

Q: How do I get involved in the workshops?

A: We offer a workshop space for vendors to hold ​classes and courses for their customers. If you're ​interested in hosting a workshop, please contact ​us to discuss available dates and pricing. ​Available as flat rate rental or commission.

Q: Can I hold Sip and Shop Parties?

absolutely! We want the space to be your space ​to call home for your shop! We want you to have ​a space where you can be creative with your ​marketing and he is creative with connecting to ​your customers as possible! Any large event ​ideas or marketing event ideas we would love to ​hear them!


As a vendor in the Vibrant Village, you will have ​access to pop up in front of our shop every 3rd ​Saturday for ARTWALK! It’s a huge event! 6-11pm ​with tons of foot traffic, music, vendors and ​fun!
